I have just spent a wonderful weekend at Death in the Dales crime writing festival in Sedbergh in the Yorkshire Dales. Glorious weather, stunning countryside and a fabulous group of people lapping up all thing criminal and bookish. I had immense fun playing Miss Marple in Murder at Monksdale Manor, an interactive murder mystery written by Diamond Dagger winner and Golden Age master Martin Edwards. Fellow cast members: Jason Monaghan as slimy solicitor Freddy Wiggins, Dea Parkin as feisty and fetishy Lady Cynthia ‘Sin’ Monksdale and Antony Johnston as the self-serving Sammy Butters, secretary to the deceased. But whodunnit??????
